**Photography Agreement Contract**

 

Dear client,

 

 

Thank you for choosing me to capture your special moments! Below are the details of our agreement, ensuring that we are on the same page regarding our photography session. 

This is all set out to help us all to feel completely safe and relaxed so everyone can enjoy the full experience in its entirety.

 

1. **Scope of Work:**  

I’m excited to offer you my photography services, which will include. Creative vision embracing a unique artistic approach. Diverse photography services specializing in various genres. Customisable projects tailored to client. Artistic editing. Enhance images through meticulous editing processes engaging client experience throughout the collaboration. 

I’m committed to delivering beautiful images that you will cherish.

 

2. **Payment Terms:**  

The total fee for my services is as quoted on each individual package. To secure your session, a deposit of 20% is required upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance will be due immediately on delivery of image files. Which can be up to two weeks from date the images where taken. I accept payments via

3. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:**  

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must inform me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply.

 

4. **Disaster and Emergency Policy:**  

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies that prevent the photoshoot from taking place, we will work together to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Your deposit will be retained for the rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible, we can discuss a refund or credit toward future services.

 

5. **Model Release:**  

By signing this agreement, you grant me permission to use your images for promotional purposes, such as on my portfolio, website, and social media. Your beautiful moments could inspire others! 

 

6. **Liability Waiver:**  

I want to ensure you have a great experience, but please acknowledge that there are risks associated with our photo shoot. I cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the session.

 

7. **Copyright and Licensing:**  

I will retain ownership of all images created during our session. You have personal use rights, but please refrain from reproducing, editing, or distributing the images without my prior consent.

 

8. **Studio Policies:**  

To ensure a smooth experience, please adhere to all studio rules, including. Punctuality, listening to safety rules immediately upon entry. These include, emergency exits, supervision of miners, equipment handling, cleanliness, personal belongings, proper footwear, limited movement and behavioral expectations. Your guests are also expected to follow these guidelines.

 

9. **Client Privacy Policy:**  

Your privacy is important to me! I will safeguard your personal information and images in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

10. **Insurance Coverage:**  

For your peace of mind, I carry [types of insurance, e.g., liability, equipment] insurance to maintain professionalism and ensure a safe environment.

 

11. **Health and Safety Policies:**  

I have implemented measures to guarantee a safe environment during our session, including [specific safety measures]. You can expect strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.

 

12. **Dispute Resolution:**  

Should any disputes arise from this agreement, we can resolve them through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws of [governing law jurisdiction].

 

13. **Photography Style and Deliverables:**  

You can anticipate a photography style that reflects my portfolio, with edited images provided in formats

14. **Online Gallery Access:**  

You will have access to your online PASS gallery for one month from the delivery date. It’s your responsibility to download and save all selected images before the gallery expires. After this period, the gallery will be removed, and access will no longer be available.

If you’d like to keep your images longer, please download them promptly or inquire about extended storage options.
